Your responsibilities will include wearing many hats and juggling many different technologies including
C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (jQuery), NHibernate, SQL, and Web Services. You will be tasked with all phases of
the software development lifecycle, from planning to development to testing and release.
While we are a .NET/SQL Server shop, we happily accept applications from Java-centric developers.
We use many of the technologies and paradigms popularized by the Java community such as NHibernate (ORM),
NAnt (build), and log4net (logging).

This position is best suited for a hands-on Marketing Exec. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience.
- Understanding of the CRM, PRM and/or Marketing Automation marketplace(s)
- Experience with Email Marketing, Marketing Automation and/or Demand Generation technology
- Experience with SaaS CRM Software (Salesforce.com and Oracle CRM) is a big plus
- Broad understanding of social media channels and how to use them
- Proven ability to write

Network Engineer
We are a technology leading, fast growing and award winning hosted applications provider in the areas of:
- Marketing Automation and Demand Generation

- CRM/CSFA – Customer Relationship Management/Channel Sales Force Automation
We are currently looking for an experienced Network Engineer to provide system and network administration to internal staging and remotely hosted production servers in the support of Web application development and customer application hosting services. The primary objective for this candidate will be to maintain our development and production datacenters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation, and maintain networks, including VPN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Design and implement disaster recovery and failover solutions, including backups, clusters and SQL mirrors.
- Engineering and administration of Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, clustering and Hyper V.
- Administration of high volume email systems.
- Internal support with computers, laptops, printers, projectors etc.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
- Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
- Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
Education and Soft Skills
- B.S. in Computer Science preferred
- MCSE, CCNP certification are a plus
- Extensive knowledge of email delivery and SMTP
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Technical Skills Desired
- 5+ years related work experience
- Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or equivalent
- 5+ years experience with Switches, Routers and Firewalls
- 5+ years experience with IP Networks, DNS and Routing
- 2+ years experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) devices and networking
- 2+ years experience with Hyper V and Virtualization Technology
- 5+ years supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2003
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft desktop O/S and Office applications
- 5+ years experience with Server and PC Hardware
- 3+ years experience with Network Monitoring and Management Tools
- Experience with Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, Content Filtering Software
