The company has deployed TreeHouse Interactive's Reseller View PRM software to support the expansion of its channel program and deliver greater value to partners through Reseller View's unparalleled PRM capabilities.
PEER 1 Hosting has provided managed hosting, dedicated servers (through its ServerBeach division), collocation and network services since 1999. In 2008, PEER 1 saw significant growth as it launched its channel program. Now, 20 percent of the hosting provider's business is directed through referral partners and resellers.

Everything Channel's research department analyzed 130 vendor programs rating vendors' responses to in-depth questions about their partner programs in the five elements of sales support, partner profitability, partner ecosystem development/management, partner communication/marketing, and demand generation. The Five-Star Partner Program rating recognizes the elite subset of Partner Program Guide vendors who give solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.

This integration gives Oracle CRM On Demand customers access to leading demand generation and marketing automation capabilities that leverage the strength of their Oracle system. Salesforce.com Advanced Integration Enhances Communication with Prospects and Partners
Earlier this year, TreeHouse announced Marketing View integration with salesforce.com and availability on the AppExchange. This Salesforce.com Basic integration from TreeHouse allows marketers to pass sales-ready leads to salesforce.com based on multi-layered triggers from landing pages or micro sites. It enables dynamic mapping of landing page data to contact or lead objects in salesforce.com and allows for de-duplication. The new Salesforce.com Advanced integration from TreeHouse goes far beyond this, enabling real-time, bi-directional synchronization of lead and contact data between Marketing View and salesforce.com. It enables sales and marketing teams to launch nurturing campaigns directly from salesforce.com based on any change in any lead or contact field in salesforce.com. The Salesforce.com Advanced integration from TreeHouse also incorporates revolutionary new search term and search engine functionality to allow customers to better track, target and nurture prospects based on any search terms used to find a website and to better understand the effectiveness of paid and organic search term, as well as landing page efforts.

Download Manager Improves Management of Downloadable Website Resources
Marketers have traditionally had difficulty in understanding which downloadable resources on their website are the most productive in terms of generating leads. They also struggle with how to gate access to content. Too big of a gate leads to too few leads; too small of a gate leads to a lack of information and unqualified leads. The new Download Manager within Marketing View has struck the perfect balance. It enables marketers to manage the hosting of downloadable website resources. Any number of resources can then be associated to a single landing page. A visitor need only fill out the form once to have access to all associated resources. Marketing View, however, enables tracking of each resource downloaded, as well as scoring based each of the downloads. It is now much easier to offer a library of content and increase consumption by prospects while retaining tracking, nurturing and lead scoring capabilities. Extensive download reporting enables campaign targeting based on where a visitor's interest lies and gives marketers valuable feedback on the content they are producing.
Remote Forms Offer Greater Flexibility and Control for Landing Pages
The final tool that has been added to TreeHouse Interactive's Marketing View demand generation system is the ability to create forms that can be posted on any website. A downfall of many demand generation and marketing automation systems is the necessity of the demand generation system to host all forms and landing pages. Traditionally, marketers want to use a vanity URL or their own company URL for landing pages instead of being forced to use a long URL supplied by their demand generation vendor. There are also times when companies want to build a landing page or micro-site for use by their partners or for a co-marketing program. Marketing View is the first to offer the ability to dynamically create landing pages and allow them to be hosted on any website. This Remote Forms functionality feeds data directly into Marketing View, giving marketers complete freedom for where they collect information from and the ability to easily blend it with the look and feel of any website.

Reseller View is the only multi-tiered PRM solution available that allows separate navigation, features and content to be delivered to different levels of partners. With the addition of Advanced Document Management, companies can now make documents available to partners based on specific elements of partner profiles and accept, as well as route partner document notifications to the appropriate people internally. For example, support, marketing and financial documents often need to be made available to just a subset of employees at both the company and the partner based on their area of responsibility. New Reseller View functionality enables this to happen easily.
TreeHouse customer VacationRoost (www.vacationroost.com), a leading high-end vacation rental portal, has put this functionality to use in a unique way with its 800+ supplier partners. Instead of manually collecting rate cards, pictures and other important documents from each supplier via email, they have automated the process by using Reseller View’s Advanced Document Management. Suppliers see what profile areas require updating when they log into the supplier portal site, upload the information, and appropriate VacationRoost personnel are notified that the documents have been uploaded. The amount of time required to gather information for updating supplier partner profiles has been reduced from several hundred hours to a fraction of that time.
Improved Google (GOOG) Analytics is also part of the new Reseller View functionality. While Reseller View has always been integrated with leading Web analytics providers like Google and Omniture, it has taken the Google relationship further in the latest release. In addition to providing Web analytics data for partner portals, the improved integration gives detailed document usage statistics. Reseller View PRM users can now see and rank documents by how often they are downloaded by partners. They can also see which partners downloaded which documents. This makes future content and content marketing decisions easier.
The Partner View Heat Map is the third addition to Reseller View, and allows channel managers to have greater visibility into how their partners are dispersed geographically. Channel managers can visually drill down to states and metro areas to view data on specific partners and their locations. The Partner View Heat Map also enables channel managers to visualize their partner network using filters for partner type or level, which supports strategic decision-making related to network expansion. Partner search data can be easily exported. Currently, the map covers the United States, but will be expanded in future releases.

Talk It Up™ features include the ability to share any email promotion or landing page via Facebook™, Twitter™, MySpace™, LinkedIn™ and other social media. To share the link to the landing page or online version of email, users simply add a token to the form or email via a mouse click.

These new demand generation capabilities include ROI tracking for each and every campaign launched from the system, regardless of sales model or CRM system. This includes dollars generated by the campaign, irrespective of whether a company sells B2B, through partners or online. Revenue can be attributed to campaigns to gauge their effectiveness and secure future marketing dollars or, in the case of online sales, attributed to individuals for more highly targeted marketing in the future.
To deliver this industry-leading ROI functionality, TreeHouse has developed a revolutionary system of lead distribution that attributes sales dollars to campaigns regardless of whether leads were given to direct sales teams, indirect sales teams or driven to an ecommerce site for online purchasing.
