TreeHouse provides an optional Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) module. Your support, channel, sales, marketing and technical teams will be responding to some of the same inquiries time and again. The FAQ module allows you to build a useable database of this knowledge. It provides customers and partners an easy-to-use, yet powerful interface to search your database on any topic reducing the number of phone calls and emails your team has to answer. While most FAQ tools are limited to support functions, the TreeHouse FAQ tool can be used for any topic including Sales and Marketing questions. For administration, FAQ's are entered and managed via an easy-to-use web based interface. It allows for many different users and has built in functionality for indexing, searching, publishing, approval, expiry and archive of frequently asked questions and answers.
