Training and Certification

One of the most commonly requested items from partners is better training materials and programs. The better trained a partner is on a specific set of products the better s/he can sell and/or support those products.

Our new training and certification module allows companies to present training materials professionally to partners, then have them test to confirm competency. If tests are passed the system automatically delivers a digital certificate for partners to print. The system tracks which tests a partner has completed. Administrators can also easily determine which partners have completed which trainings.
