Sales View protects one of a company’s most valuable assets, its sales contacts. Sales View keeps track of the direct contacts, related contacts, and key customer environmental data necessary for successfully closing business. When a new sales person or manager comes on board, they can see the complete history of the accounts in their territory. When used with Marketing View, the Sales View contact database can be used for prospecting as well as for current contacts. Contacts and leads can be entered by resellers, sales staff, superiors, or telesales, and redirected to the appropriate sales person with the click of a mouse.
