Lead Management
Sales View now has the ability to create, distribute and assign leads. Leads can be automatically sent into Sales View via a Marketing View campaign or via a Reseller View deal registration. They can also be added manually. The leads home page makes it easy for managers and marketers to see the following at a glance:
- Leads that have not been acted on
- Leads that have been converted
- Leads that are still open
- And much, much more
Leads are easily searched over time or by any other parameter. They are also always connected to the campaign that delivered them, so ROI can be tracked as they are converted and ultimately closed.
