Sales View™ is the first Channel Sales Force Automation™ (CSFA™) tool available. All major CRM or sales force automation (SFA) tools today assume a direct sales model. This doesn't work for companies that sell through partners. It is the first tool to combine traditional sales force automation (SFA) features with the critical functions and data required for companies that sell through the indirect channel. It is the only SFA to also integrate account business planning, channel spending, and program ROI.

Sales View provides a centralized view of all leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts worldwide. It is also the first to incorporate distributor sales out data (POS) along with sales data from internal sources to provide a complete and comprehensive look at worldwide sales out.

Sales View features a centralized contact database and provides one-touch pipeline reporting, forecasting, and quota management. A necessity for companies that sell through the channel, Sales View tracks both actual channel run rate along with big opportunities to accurately forecast business. It also tracks forecasted and actual sales by individual account and by opportunity.

In its latest release, Sales View integrates state-of-the-art lead management, campaign management and ROI reporting. Sales View now links with Marketing View for automated lead distribution and seamless reporting of ROI for marketing campaigns. It also features the ability to send leads seamlessly to partners via their Reseller View portals and integrate deal registrations. Finally, the new release enables automated updating of individual sales team member lists for use in marketing campaigns.
